Complimentary returns are available for orders delivered within London. For all other locations, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We recommend trying shoes on a soft surface to protect the soles should a return be necessary.
