Handcrafted in Italy
Koshik started as an idea in September 2024 and officially launched in May 2026.
It took over a year to find the right factory, going through multiple samples, many of which fell far from my expectations. Sometimes I found myself in tears over yet another sample that didn’t reflect the vision I had in mind.
Eventually, we found a family-run Italian manufacturer with decades of experience in luxury footwear.
From there, it took months to develop the right sample and then came a three-month trial period, where I wore it almost every single day. Every detail was tested and refined through real wear.
From the outside, it may seem simple, but every element was carefully considered and developed. The Areni Flat and Areni Mule are designed to age beautifully, using materials also selected by leading luxury houses.
And when I say “we” in this story, I really mean one girl and the many people who believed in her idea along the way.
This is also a moment to say thank you to everyone who supported Koshik on this journey. Also to those who reached out from day one, ready to wear Koshik before it even existed.
